Оценить нематодную нагрузку на объект исследования — определить общую численность жизнеспособных яиц и вегетативных стадий фитопатогенных нематод для прогнозирования рисков и планирования защитных мероприятий.
Фитонематоды — одни из самых опасных и широко распространенных вредителей сельскохозяйственных культур. Они вызывают значительное снижение урожайности и качества продукции.
Целевая микрофлора — подвижные формы: заражающие личинки и взрослые особи паразитических нематод (роды Pratylenchus, Aphelenchoides); неподвижные формы: (род Globodera, Heterodera), галловые нематоды (род Meloidogyne); яйца всех вышеперечисленных родов нематод, способные к развитию и отрождению личинок.
По результатам исследования дается оценка наличия подвижных и неподвижных вегетативных форм нематод и общее количество жизнеспособных яиц нематод в исследуемом образце (экз/кг)
